定位快速送餐系统
一、系统概述
          在全国餐饮行业形势严峻、加快转型升级的情况下,大众化餐饮业的发展势头强劲,尤其以快餐业为代表。但由于快餐业的就餐时段非常集中,尤其是店内有送餐服务的餐厅经常会出现这样的情况:顾客点餐拿到餐牌后随意坐,菜品出品后,服务员端着盘子满厅找,寻找顾客所在位置,由于客户等待时间过长,造成顾客烦躁和不满,服务员也因到处寻找餐牌怨气冲天,餐厅装修虽有档次,但却因此造成整体形象的下降。
二、系统组成
        1、定位主机:负责统管系统无线网络,每店1台,室内通信距离约80米;
        2、定位标签:每张桌子1个,作为桌子电子标记;
        3、定位餐牌:给顾客使用,可充电,自动完成定位,不改变顾客操作习惯;
        4、中继器:信号加强,需要时配选;
        5、定位系统:独特算法处理,以最简化、最有效方式,为客户实现高速送餐,提高服务品质与口碑;
三、使用流程
定位系统
          利用2.4G无线智能组网定位的技术,系统自动跟踪获取顾客的具体就餐位置,并智能地显示在屏幕上。服务员可以马上将菜送到目标顾客处,大大节省时间。具体流程如图1所示。

    1.     点餐支付
        对于先点餐后就座的餐厅,一般都是先付款然后再找位子坐。
    2.     拿餐牌入座
        拿到餐牌后,顾客可随意找店里的任意位置就座,餐牌一般是放在桌面上。
    3.     厨房出餐
        厨房按打单顺序做菜,订单号上有餐牌号,供服务出餐。
    4.     定位送餐
        通过点餐定位显示系统,服务员可以快速定位到目标餐牌在哪个桌子上。第一时间将菜送到顾客手中。
    5.     用餐
        顾客享用服务员送过来的菜品。
    6.     回收餐牌
      服务员在送顾客最后一道菜后,可顺便将餐牌收回,回收的餐牌可以再作为新的餐牌出台,循环使用。

美食城呼叫领餐系统
为了快速适用于美食城和美食街类型餐店,无线智能定位领餐系统(以下简称“领餐系统”)充分考虑餐厅高峰人流量多、前台空间小、就餐空间共享且很大等特点,强调设计实用灵巧、使用快速上手。
具体使用流程如图1所示。
 
1.     点餐
        对于美食城、美食街和大部分的快餐店,一般都是先点餐付款。
2.     拿餐牌入座
        顾客拿到餐牌可以在餐厅内随便找地方坐,无需为店家附近没座位而烦恼。可以与朋友聊天休息,无需担心餐品是否做好。
3.     厨房出餐
        厨房按打单顺序做菜,打单号上有餐牌对应的号码记录,菜品出品后将单号压在相应的菜品下。
4.     主机呼叫
        服务员向主机输入餐牌号码,主机便将信息通过无线的方式通知到相应号码的餐牌。
5.     灯闪提示取餐
        主机呼叫到的餐牌,其正反面的指示灯会不停地闪烁提醒,餐牌上印有“灯闪时,请取餐”的提示语,顾客便可到餐店取餐。灯闪时,若按“OK”键代表顾客知道到餐信息,此时提醒灯熄灭。
6.     回收餐牌
        顾客到餐店,凭餐牌号码取餐,回收的餐牌可以再作为新的餐牌出台,循环使用。

1.     无线传输免安装
        主机采用即插即用5V供电,与餐牌通过2.4G无线组网通信,中继器采用220V即插即用,无需布线,省去安装的麻烦同时也提
高系统的稳定性。

        系统采用无线技术的穿墙性和组网性特点,使主机、中继和餐牌形成一个稳定的通信网络,信号可通过网络互相传输,确保
信号准确无误发送到相应的餐牌。
3.     无需充电便携快
        整个系统采用低功耗设计,餐牌无需充电,小巧轻薄,不会占前台空间。使服务员使用起来与普通的餐牌无异,非常容易上手。另外餐牌没有充电接口,做到防水防潮防锈,使系统工作更加稳定。
4.     防盗防摔
        当餐牌离开主机信号服务区时,餐牌内置蜂鸣器一直叫,提醒顾客要将餐牌归还,只有当餐牌回到主机服务区时,餐牌才停止鸣叫,做到防盗的效果。另餐牌内部具有防震动保护,考虑到顾客存在无意掉落餐牌的情况,防震动能很好地起到保护的效果。
