基本原理:
自助结算系统
实现的功能
1、库存预警:切配员工根据库存提示了解菜品库存数与顾客点单数,实现不用人工提醒就可以让厨房第一时间了解到菜品的缺少数量与品种,及时补齐。
2、智能配菜:配菜人员根据库存看板提示,从存放位取得指定菜品,摆放到托盘上,系统会感RFID芯片自动划菜,菜品短缺时,信息会自动传送到制作看板,提示切配员工加速生产。
3、智能上菜、划菜:在配菜控制台,传菜员工刷员工卡,取走装好菜的托盘,经过传菜通道时,系统读取员工卡,自动提示该单菜的桌台号,传菜员根据提示,将该单菜传至相应桌台,并在桌位信息机上刷员工卡,完成上菜、划菜的确认,杜绝人工差错。

系统构成
1、出品控制系统软件:接通后厨与楼面收银系统,规范后厨制作、配菜、传菜的标准化,实现对厨房工位的数字化管理和控制。
2、智能餐具:不同于普通餐具的是,每一只智能餐具底部都被植入了RFID芯片,使得使用智能餐具盛放的菜品可被出品机和配菜控制台识别。
3、库存看板:显示当前菜品库存和点单菜品数据,系统根据菜品库存和点单数据比对,提示制作生产,起库存预警的作用。
4、出品机:每一份制作好的菜品,经出品机定义出品后,放入存放架指定位置,而菜品的出品数据也将实时上传至出品服务器,并展现在库存看板上。
5、配菜控制台:楼面客户通过Ipad已点菜品数据通过出品服务器,按桌台已点菜品显示在配菜控制台,配菜员根据系统优化后的配菜提示,从存放架拿取菜品,放入托盘,并将整托菜品放置在配菜控制台,控制台底部的射频天线将主动识别菜品,系统自动划菜,而当菜品短缺时,数据将自动传送到库存看板,提示切配员加速生产。
6、桌位信息机:嵌入在每一张桌台上,显示对应的桌台号,而在传菜员传菜刷传菜卡确认后,将显示已上菜品信息和未上菜品信息。
